Fibraform® Med Resistant starch is high-purity resistant starch type 3, which belongs to the group of insoluble fiber. It reaches the large intestine almost unchanged, where it serves the bacteria for fermentation.

Recommended dose
Dissolve a measuring spoon (8 g powder) in 200 ml of liquid daily with each of the three main meals and take it.
Ideally, the total amount is evenly distributed throughout the day and 1 level measuring spoon is taken with the three main meals. Taking it in three single portions improves the effect. For practical reasons, the total amount can also be divided into 1 or 2 portions. Please use the enclosed measuring spoon.
Please note during the first application: In order to avoid initial flatulence, the intake of Fibraform® Med Resistente Stärke can be gradually introduced. To do this, take the amount of a measuring spoon throughout the day at the beginning. If this amount is well tolerated (usually at the latest from the 4.-7. day), the amount can be increased to 2 measuring spoons. The same applies to the dose increase to 3 measuring spoons per day, which at the latest from the 7th to the 14th. day should be done without any problems.
Tip: Fibraform® Med Resistente starch can be dissolved very well in a small amount of water (e.g. in an espresso cup) and taken in one sip. Then please drink some liquid. The powder can also be stirred into cold and warm liquids or dishes such as soup, broth, muesli or yogurt as desired.
Store in a cool and dry place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the dosage recommendation. Remember, this product isn't a replacement for a balanced, diverse diet, and a healthy lifestyle.
