Welcome to obiotique.com The access and use of the Website, the online store and the services of O-BIOTIQUE by the user-visitor implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use, which apply to all content included on the obiotique.com Website. Therefore, the user-visitor must carefully read these terms before using the services of the Website and if he/she does not agree, he/she must not use the services and their content. The user-visitor is requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The continued use of the obiotique.com Website even after any changes means the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the user-visitor.

For members of the Privilege Program, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Program shall apply in addition.


The obiotique.com website includes the Company's online store under the name "O-BIOTIQUE IKE " and the distinctive title "O-BIOTIQUE", with VAT: 800757312, D.O.I.Y. Amarousiou, GEMI Number 139796101000, with the activity of "import, marketing, distribution and sale of cosmetics, food supplements and other related products aimed at improving or maintaining health and beauty" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "O-BIOTIQUE"). The Company's registered office is located at 3-5 Sorou Street, Maroussi 15125, Greece, tel. +30 210 6199781, e-mail : info@obiotique.com.

The Company, through its online store, makes distance sales of goods to the public, which is governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force), in conjunction with the applicable legislation. O-BIOTIQUE's online store offers for sale nutritional and longevity supplements, sports supplements, specialised nutrition products, vitamins, natural beauty products and cosmetics, while the sale of pharmaceutical products administered on prescription is excluded.

Medical advice is not provided in the online store and the Company urges visitors/users/consumers to visit doctors/health professionals for health issues. The advice provided on quality of life, wellness, beauty, aesthetics, cosmetics is provided for informational purposes only and in no case can it replace the advice, diagnoses and treatments provided by physicians.

O-BIOTIQUE declares that dietary supplements sold through its online store should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

O-BIOTIQUE's constant aim is to provide the best possible service to its customers. The online store enables visitors/users to be directly informed about the products offered by the Company, to make their purchases online and to create a user account that will facilitate their purchases.


- "Visitor": anyone who visits and navigates the obiotique.com Website.

- "Registered user": Anyone who creates an account on the obiotique.com Website

- "consumer":Any visitor/user who makes purchases through the online store.

- "Privilege Program Member": anyone who enrolls in the Customer Privilege Program either through the physical stores or through the obiotique.com eshop Website



The entire content of the Website, including texts, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, and any other data, as well as the overall know-how and anything else related to the design, creation, construction, operation or methodology (collectively, the "content") and the layout of such content are the property of O-BIOTIQUE and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. O-BIOTIQUE owns all rights and titles related to the content of this website or any part thereof. The website and its content are provided "as is" and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

The user/visitor may not modify, resell, deliver, distribute or otherwise exploit any content (in whole or in part) without the specific prior written consent of the Company. In addition, no user/visitor may: (a) use or copy the content and/or any material from the website to another website or physical store, application or any other electronic or non-electronic presentation; and (b) display or incorporate the website or any part thereof into another website, webpage or any application of any third party without the prior express consent of the Company.


The products available for sale, their characteristics and prices are located on the website obiotique.com and are accessible to all users. Users/visitors can search for more information about the product in question by clicking on the product icon. O-BIOTIQUE guarantees to inform users/visitors in a timely manner about the availability or otherwise of the products, but does not assume any responsibility for their availability.

O-BIOTIQUE makes every effort to provide all the information required for each product (characteristics, prices, etc.). However, in order to limit any errors, the Company recommends that before any completion of your purchase, you contact the Company in cases where prices or any other product characteristic are beyond the usual and reasonable. At certain periods of time there is the possibility that special offers and discounts may be made as part of the Company's promotional activities, which will only be valid for specified products and only for purchases made through the obiotique.com online store. Also, at certain periods of time, special offers and discounts may be made only for purchases at O-BIOTIQUE physical stores.

The prices listed in the relevant catalogues below each product include the applicable VAT. The online store obiotique.com of the O-BIOTIQUE Company reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.



Orders placed through the online store obiotique.com are distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as it is currently in force.

For the conclusion of a valid order from the online store obiotique.com, the legal capacity of the consumer is required, in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (the completion of the eighteenth year of age and not being subject to legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The Company reserves the right to claim the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.


Conditions for placing an order

To place an order in the online store obiotique.com are required:

  1. The completion of the special form with the necessary data for the conclusion of the sales contract.
  2. The unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, as well as the personal data policy.

In all pages of the obiotique.com e-shop and next to each product available for purchase, there is a "Buy or Add to cart" button. Navigate to the online store and add to your cart the products you wish to purchase.

The appearance of the message "out of stock or out of stock" next to a product means that the product is temporarily out of stock. You can enter your e-mail address in this field to be notified of the receipt of the item as soon as it is received in the Company's warehouse.

To continue shopping, select from the main categories, the one containing the next item you are looking for and add it to your cart as well. When you have completed the process of adding products to your cart, press the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right of your screen. In order to be able to order it is not necessary to be a registered user of obiotique.com the Company would however advise you to register on obiotique.com as it will make the whole process much easier in any future use of the online store. Fill in the form with your e-mail & password that you provided during registration and login to the registered user environment.

If you are not a registered user press the create new account button. Enter an active e-mail address in the new user registration form. The e-mail you register must exist as all your communication with the online store and the Company will be made through the e-mail you have registered during registration.

Order procedure

The order is completed in 3 steps.

1st step: Entering the "Shopping Cart" form you will be asked to login if you are already a registered user or to make a new user registration by filling in your details. You are also given the option to shop as a simple visitor without necessarily registering, but entering all the necessary information to complete your order.

Step 2: You will be asked to choose the shipping/delivery method of your products: delivery to your place (Delivery) via our partner courier companies (Speedex), pick-up from a physical O-BIOTIQUE store or pick-up from BoxNow's automatic pick-up machines (Lockers).

In case you choose Delivery via the partner courier companies, you will be asked for the Postal Code of the destination address of your purchases and all other necessary delivery information in order to calculate the exact cost and delivery address. The courier option is available in all areas of Greece and for orders with a total weight of less than 12 kg.

In case you choose store pickup, you will be asked to select the specific physical O-BIOTIQUE store you wish.

In case you choose pickup from BoxNow's automatic pickup machines (Lockers), you will be asked to select the specific locker you wish via a pop-up map.

Once you have indicated the shipping and delivery method, the shipping cost will be calculated. Press the "Save and Continue" button, which will take you to the 3rd step.

Step 3: You will be asked for all the details regarding the pricing:

  1. a) whether you want a receipt or an invoice

(b) the invoicing details and address, and the shipping details and address if different from the invoicing address.

Once you have selected the billing details press the "Save and Continue" button and you will be taken to the next step of payment.

4th step: Select the Payment Method:

The delivery of the products can be carried out in the following ways:

- By delivery at your place (Delivery), through our partner courier companies (Speedex).

- By delivery to BoxNow's automatic pick-up machines (Lockers), from which you can pick up your order at any time of the day (24/7).

- By pick-up from the physical O-BIOTIQUE stores. Pick-up from the stores is free of charge. Orders with a store pickup option are only paid for via the online store and cannot be paid for in the physical store. The order must have been submitted in advance via the online store and confirmed by e-mail that your order is ready for collection. Once you have been informed that your order is ready for collection at the store you have chosen, the order will remain in-store for 3 working days for you to collect it.

General information about shipping and delivery of products

- The delivery times (for orders placed by 12:00 noon) for all O-BIOTIQUE products that have the relevant availability mark are as follows:

o For Attica from 1 to 3 working days

o For the rest of Greece from 1 to 4 working days

o For Cyprus (for selected products) from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the selected shipping method (standard shipping, fast shipping)

o In case of unjustified refusal of receipt (if it is not a defective product or a case of fault of the Company), the consumer is charged the cost of shipping and return of the products to our warehouse.

o The calculation and charging of the shipping cost of your order is done automatically by entering the postal code of the shipping address when you have completed the registration of the products in your shopping cart and before proceeding to complete your order.

o In case of cash on delivery, the consumer is not obliged to pay if he/she does not receive the legal document (receipt/invoice).

o The prices quoted include VAT.

o In case of difficulty in accessing the delivery area, it is necessary to inform the Company by e-mail at orders@obiotique.com, always indicating the order code.

o In the case of delivery of the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer earlier and in particular at the same time as delivery to the carrier, if the carrier carries the goods on the consumer's instructions and this option was not offered by the Company (subject, of course, in this case, to the Consumer's rights against the carrier).


The terms and conditions described in the Returns Policy apply to all products purchased from the OBIOTIQUE online store (obiotique.com) in Greece.

In addition to the rights granted by the Returns Policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing provisions and laws relating to the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.

7.1 Order cancellation


It is possible to cancel the order in the online store.

In order to cancel your order, you can send an e-mail to: orders@obiotique.com or call the Company's call centre at +30 210 6199781 (for calls from a landline, you will be charged according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider). In case you have already proceeded with the payment of your order and your order has not been delivered to the courier company, then the monetary value corresponding to the cancelled order will be immediately refunded to you, in the same way you made your transaction (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

In case your order has been given to the courier company, then the refund of the monetary value of the cancelled order will be made in the same way you made your transaction (e.g. credit card, PayPal), as soon as the products are returned to O-BIOTIQUE.



7.2 Defective products

In the event of a defective product, the Company will replace the product or refund the consumer the money corresponding to the value of the product, upon the consumer's request.

In the event that the wrong product has been sent, the online store will refund the consumer the money corresponding to the value of the returned product, the delivery costs and the return costs.


7.3 Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind. If you change your mind, you must notify us, either through the contact form of obiotique.com in the "Request for return of products" field, or by sending an e-mail to: returns@obiotique.com, or by calling the Company's call center at +30 210 6199781 (for calls from a fixed line with charges according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider).

Once you notify us that you have changed your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days. If the products are not returned within 14 days, then O-BIOTIQUE may not accept any return or replacement product. In any case, the return deadline must be respected, especially when it comes to consumable products and products that may be spoiled or expire soon.

Whichever way you choose to request a return of the goods, the return request will take effect from the date you notify the Company of the request for return of the goods.

The products you wish to return must be in their original condition, their packaging must be unopened and unused.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Returns are not accepted for perishable products that are sensitive and have been exposed to extreme temperatures on the part of the customer without protection, such as bars containing chocolate, products that may be spoiled or expire soon, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery, products that after delivery, due to their nature, are mixed with other items, as well as products manufactured by the customer without protection, and products that are not suitable for return.

Method of return of products

- You can visit the O-BIOTIQUE store nearest to you to return your products free of charge.

- The return of products can also be carried out via our partner courier company Speedex:

- You can visit your nearest Speedex store to return the products free of charge.

- You can pick up the return on behalf of Speedex from your premises for a fee. If the product falls under warranty issues due to a defect, as well as if the wrong product has been sent by the Company, you will not bear the cost of the return.


Products to be returned must be suitably packaged and accompanied:

1) the proof of purchase; and

2) the product return form

either in physical form or in electronic form via e-mail before returning the products to returns@obiotique.com

You agree to take care of the good condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you return them to an O-BIOTIQUE store or to the partner courier company (Speedex).

For any information or clarification you need, you can contact the Company by telephone, at +30 210 6199781 (for calls from a fixed line with charges according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider).

Refund of the value of returned products

Provided you meet the return conditions, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the value of the products you are returning in the same way you made the original transaction (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal), unless you wish another method of return, of which you must inform the Company in writing. In addition, you will be refunded the amount you spent on shipping charges for the products purchased through the obiotique.com online store to your location.

The refund of the price of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be carried out after the Company has received the return and checked whether the conditions of the return stated in the Returns Policy have been met.



The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is currently the global standard on the Internet for authenticating websites to network users and for encrypting data between network users and web servers. An encrypted SSL communication requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus protecting personal information in transit. In addition, all information sent using the SSL protocol is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been changed in transit.

In addition, personal security is the password that you set when you become a registered user of obiotique.com.

To be allowed access to your account and to be shown any of your personal information you must first enter your username and password. For this reason, you must protect these details well to prevent them from falling into the hands of third parties. The Company also advises you to create passwords using symbols together with alphanumeric characters. Registered users are informed that the Company shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of their obiotique.com account due to the actions or omissions of the registered user. Registered users are also obliged to update their personal data to be appropriate for the service of their contractual relationship with O-BIOTIQUE.

Finally, it is reminded that the payment data are not stored in the Company's storage media during the transaction but are registered directly in a secure environment of the partner company "VIVA PAYMENT SERVICES MONOPORED S.A." which is responsible for the routing of the cards.

All transactions carried out through obiotique.com are governed by International and European law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to distance sales.


Subject to the provisions of these Terms and to the extent permitted by applicable law, O-BIOTIQUE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, (such as for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity) or for failure to ship products or for failure to perform any other obligations under these Terms, in the event that the failure is due to an event beyond the Company's reasonable control, (force majeure). Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms, the Company's liability in relation to any product purchased through the obiotique.com online store is strictly limited to the amount of the purchase price of that product.

It is your responsibility to provide us with correct, true and accurate contact details (such as telephone, e-mail) and you undertake to inform us of any change or modification thereof, taking into account that your communication with the Company regarding your purchases is mainly made by e-mail (therefore you should also check your "spam" mail).

O-BIOTIQUE shall not be liable to the consumer or any third party for any kind of damage or side effect resulting from the use of the products. The selection and use of the products are solely the responsibility of the consumer.

O-BIOTIQUE is solely responsible for the information provided by O-BIOTIQUE on the Website of the online store.

The Website and the online store are provided "as is". Visitors/users understand that the Website and the online shop are hosted on cloud computing systems and the possibility of technical problems cannot be excluded. O-BIOTIQUE is not responsible for any technical issues that visitors/users may encounter when trying to access the Website and the online store or while browsing, which are related to the performance or compatibility of their own technical infrastructure with the application. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of third parties, and in particular for the intervention of an unauthorized third party in products/services and/or information provided through the Website and the obiotique.com online store.



- Force majeure:If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, the Company will inform you by e-mail, in order to indicate whether you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. The Company accepts no responsibility for any situation which is beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.

- In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that any product/s are missing from the total order, please contact the Company to arrange all details required and to send you the products not received at no additional charge.

- Modification of the terms and conditions herein: O-BIOTIQUE reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. O-BIOTIQUE undertakes to update this document for any change or addition to the terms and conditions.

- In the event of non-receipt of the ordered products (and if an unreasonably long period of time has elapsed since the order was placed), please contact O-BIOTIQUE's customer service at orders@obiotique.com. For the best and fastest service, the Company recommends that you quote the special order code sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

- In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into Greek legislation with the KYA 70330/2015, and Decision 31619 Government Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8), the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is provided for throughout the European Union. If the consumer has a problem with a purchase made from the Online Shop and resides in the EU, he/she can use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for an out-of-court settlement of the dispute.


The terms of use and any dispute arising from or in relation to them shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Greek law. The parties agree and accept that the courts of Athens are competent to resolve any dispute regarding the terms of use.
