Haar-in-form forte multi+ is our recommendation if you want a formula with zinc for healthy hair and nails, which also offers you the multi+ vital complex with other vital vitamins and minerals. Due to higher dosage and other ingredients, this product is ideal if you want a preparation with an extra strong effect. The time-delayed intake by the 2 x 2 capsule principle ensures a more even intake over 24 hours.

Recommended dose
4 capsules per day to eat (preferably 2 capsules each in the morning and in the evening).
Note: Do not take more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Contains vitamin K (when taking anticoagulant medicines (e.g. B. Marcumar®) only in consultation with your doctor.)
