BCAA-form® 800+ combines the branched-chain essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine - highly dosed and in high purity quality. The amino acids are fermentative and are therefore vegan. To support a normal energy metabolism, the first-class preparation also contains vitamins B1, B6 and B12.

Recommended dose
3 x 2 capsules per day with or between meals.
For training purposes: Take 5 capsules about half an hour before training and 5 capsules directly after training with some liquid.
