Effect

The main active ingredient in EGCtea is epigallocatechin-3-gallate, better known as EGCG or it is often also referred to as green tea extract. It supports metabolic syndrome and prevents inflammation.

Dosage & Instructions

To make the solubilisate bioavailable, it must first be activated. To do this, we recommend the following procedure.

1. Fill sealable drinking bottle with 0.3 to 0.5 liters of still water
   
2. Add 10 pumps of EGCtea directly (this corresponds to about 1.5ml)
3. Close the bottle tightly
   
4. Shake well for about 8 seconds
   
5. Drink
   

The mixture is drinkable for the next 2-3 hours and can be shaken again if necessary.

The combination of Biyottica solubilisate and water develops its optimal effect by shaking. 

Recommended consumption = 1.5 ml daily, corresponds to 10 pump strokes. Dispenser bottle contains 45 ml corresponding to 30 portions
