The proven multi+ vital complex in Fema-in-form® multi+ offers you high-quality vitamins and nutrients with which you can optimally supplement your diet - in the composition precisely tailored to your needs as a woman. The secondary plant substance-KompleX (SPX®) provides a cross-section of the colorful variety of the plant diet with 9 highly concentrated extracts of secondary plant substances: red to brown with tomato, pomegranate and cocoa, blue to green with grapes, blueberries and olives as well as yellow-orange with lutein (e.g. contained in corn), oranges and turmeric.

Recommended dose

Note: Do not take more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Contains vitamin K (when taking anticoagulant medicines (e.g. B. Marcumar®) only in consultation with your doctor.)
