Recommended dose
2 capsules per day to eat (preferably 1 capsule each in the morning and in the evening).
Note: If you are taking medication, only take it in consultation with a doctor. Do not take more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by under 18-year-olds, on an empty stomach and when consuming other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K, which is the effectiveness of blood thinners (e.g. B. Marcumar®) can affect.
Store in a cool and dry place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the dosage recommendation. Remember, this product isn't a replacement for a balanced, diverse diet, and a healthy lifestyle.
