AntiOx-in-form® multi+ supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress, for example with selenium and zinc. The preparation is supplemented by the multi+ Vital Complex for other essential vitamins and minerals - and of course offers the best quality and composition with special raw materials.The staggered intake (2-capsule principle) ensures a more even absorption over 24 hours.

Recommended dose
2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule each in the morning and evening).
Note: If you are taking medication, only take after consulting a doctor. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by people under 18, on an empty stomach or when consuming other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K, which can impair the effectiveness of blood thinners (e.g. Marcumar®).
