As a supplement, L-Taurine is said to improve cardiovascular function, as well as features of the brain, retina, and skeletal muscles. Animal studies have also demonstrated an increased lifespan and healthspan.

Recommended daily dose: 0.5g to 6g. Do not exceed.
Shelf life: 2 years.
L-Taurine is soluble in water. You can drink water with Taurine successively over the cause of the day.
Free measuring spoon included. The spoon holds 0.6g L-Taurine and is dishwasher safe. For other products, please note that density may differ and the spoon may hold a different mass.
