Niacin (Vitamin B-3) is a necessary B-vitamin. The flush-free type includes inositol hexanicotinate, which is 6 niacin particles linked to 1 inositol molecule. This form offers the advantages of niacin without the typical flush that many can't tolerate. It is broken down in the body, releasing niacin plus inositol.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 capsule daily as needed, with a meal.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Inositol hexanicotinate is a stable, non-flushing source of niacin. This superior source of niacin works to reduce the common “niacin-flush” problems associated with high doses of niacin supplements.
This product has twice the niacin (500 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (250 mg per capsule).
