Recommended dose
In the morning and in the evening, dissolve 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon (5 g powder) in 200 ml of still mineral water or another liquid and take with food. If necessary, the intake can be reduced to 1 measuring spoon per day.
Collagenoform® Peptide Hyaluronic Acid+ dissolves after a short service life and is tasteless.
