It can be found in foods such as meat (especially offals of pork, beef, and chicken), fatty fish, a range of plants, and oils. The compound helps restore proper energy production and heart function, and is also said to lower blood pressure and treat Parkinson's disease.

Coenzyme Q10 is not soluble in water. The best way to take it is with coconut oil, which will improve its absorption.
