The best way to take Hyaluronic Acid is to put a measuring spoon of the product on top of a small glass with water, where it will float and form a lump of gel. Drink the water with the gel immediately. Do not stir. To take more Hyaluronic Acid, repeat the procedure.
Free measuring spoon included. The spoon holds 0.5g Hyaluronic Acid and is dishwasher safe. For other products, please note that density may differ and the spoon may hold a different mass.
